We are proud to announce our brand new initiative – the miniModes Photonics School.
It is a unique over-the-weekend conference by students, for students and PhD candidates of University of Warsaw, aiming to establish links between various UW divisions, spark fresh ideas, exchange experience and initiate new collaboration projects, engaging students and PhD candidates of UW optics and photonics environments.
Each student and PhD candidate at UW is invited to participate, as long as their research is connected with optics or photonics – be it basic research, or using optics as primary research means.
We strive to provide intense over-the-weekend programme in picturesque location of Chęciny, comprising not only talks from renowned UW scientists, but workshops and brainstorming sessions as well, tailored for the needs of a modern scientist.
Participation is completely free of charge – the only thing participants are required to do is to present a poster about their research at UW.
