Markus Aspelmeyer<\/a> (Uniwersytet Wiede\u0144ski)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The lecture will provide an introduction to the new field of quantum optomechanics, which has emerged at the interface of quantum optics and nano- and micromechanics. I will provide a brief overview of the methods, prospects and recent advances of the field including laser cooling of micromechanics and optomechanical quantum entanglement.
